Vodacom
3 Vodacom branches in Burgersfort but no battery's

My blackberry's battery broke and I am currently working in Burgersfort. How is it possible that not one of the Vodacom stores has a battery? I need my phone to do my work and now I cant complete my daily tasks. Not one of the stores even offered to order me a battery. I am so sick and tired of being let down by Vodacom. Do I not pay enough each month to get good service?
