I took a 24 months contract with Vodacom in 2010 and last year it expired. No one called me, even on my alternative number to say i must upgrade or cancel.

This morning i get an sms that i have been handed over to the lawyers and need to pay over R1000, remember have never been informed before. They claim an sms was sent to the contract number.

I am extremely dissaponted and not sure why after 24 months the contract did not stop. They deducted for 24 months and why did they stop deducting.

I dont want to be on ITC as a Slow Payer, VODACOM MUST FIX THIS. AM CONSIDERING TELKOM MOBILE.

DISSAPOINTED.
