Repairs not solved instead phone is damaged

I booked in a phone 3 weeks ago because the memory slot is not reading my memory card, they said it had been damaged physically and its out of warranty, Im required to pay R4K to get a new phone, I bought my Blackberry 9900 in October 2012 its barely a year old, I told them to bring it back un repaired. Now the screen holder is loose, not placed back properly, the phone is not vibrating and the camera flash is not working, what on earth happened to my phone? Highly disappointed in Vodacom and I am an angry customer!!!
