About three to four weeks ago, I asked for my Telkom line to be disconnected, as I will not be using it for quite a few months. I have been a Telkom customer for many years, and every time I moved house, the [hone was disconnected immediately, and within day reconnected at my new address. Now it is a moth after I requested the line to be disconnected, the line is still active, and there is no record of me cancelling it. What the? Now I must pay a month extra???
