No activation since 28/08/13 and bad attitude

I recieved my contract phone (Galaxy S4 mini) on 28/08/2013 and have since been waiting for activation. I phoned head office today to explain my problem and dissatisfaction and I was met with a bad attitude. I was told last week that I would be activated latest Friday afternoon (30/08/2013). My ID and proof of residence was recieved on Thursday 29/08/2013. I would like my service activated IMMEDIATELY or I will cancel my contract and take my business elsewhere.
