Eq 2580781:I have just received feedback for my complained which was for Unfair BB warranty .. and MTN responded (Excessive humidity and slight moisture can just be as damaging to the circuit tracks on the board) how do they detect that? I don't put my phone in my breast nor use my phone when i bath and i certainly don't sweat to a point where i can damage charging system. This explanation is utter rubbish, MTN is using this as an excuse not to fix faulty phones.. and as they said i should book it for 2nd opinion, what difference will it make? MTN is a corn establishment and i can't wait to end my contract with them. Every year i fight with them, it was faulty E7 now it bb which worked for 7 months and now i must pay R300 for airtime only and no phone for 18mnths yet the phone has 24 warranty. I have been a loyal customer for over 10yrs and never skipped even 1 payment. I am so disappointed and extremely angry clearly MTN doesn't know how to treat its customers.. I still repeat MTN is using this "liquid damage story" not to pay for faulty BB phone and keep on taking money from clients in the name of "you have signed a contract '...I wont stop complaining until u fix my phone
