1 month without a brand new upgrade phone!

It is now a month since I received my iPhone phone upgrade. I've had it to use for a total of 4 days. It was returned within the OBF time limit, checked and sent in, no scratches or anything on it, but returned declined for suddenly a scratch on it. I have called this through 6-8 times during the first two weeks, to no avail. We have been to the store six times. Head office twice. This is the service I have endured from Nashua Mobile & its sister retail store. No apologies whatsoever & no phone in my posession. I have been a paying customer for 2 yrs.
Still none of the bad service has been escalated. I have requested it through customer call centre agents, Mbulelani, Stephanie, Clive & Kingsley... nothing!
The phone doesn't connect to wifi or bluetooth, from day 1.
I was told there were only five left when I did the upgrade, so I suspect no stock left, that's why they've not bothered to give me a new phone like it should've happened from the onset.
