Over a month ago I called vodakom and arranged for my contract to be cancelled at the end of this month. As my 24 month contract was over. The cancellation was done and I received an sms from Vodakom. The call centre agent told me that I would not have another debit off my account at the end of August. In the last two days I receive a number of sms's from Vodakom to say that the account will be transfered to pay as you go. I have now gone to another service provider and my first payment is due this month. I receive a notification from my bank this morning that the payment for vodakom has gone thru??? This is... you cannot debit off my account!!! I need this amount deposited back into my account right away!!!
