Poor Service

We have been loyal MTN contract customers since 1998. We have never seen such poor service. Earlier in the year prior to and while traveling abroad we experienced problems with our roaming. We tried several times and various avenues to make contact with the MTN SP but to no avail. Needless to say our trip was hampered severely by our inability to roam.

More recently we were due for an upgrade and our initial contact was with a MTN Bryanston outlet that was very unhelpful and dismissive at best. For example, when the sales agent was asked about difference and comparison between an iPhone 5 and Blackberry Z10. A dismissive response was given that "they are not comparable! " When we requested two iPhone 5 64gb handsets, we were told there's no stock and we should try MTN SP but there was no guarantee they would have stock. When asked to inquire we were told its impossible to check as they have no way of making contact and we would have to there physically. How shocking is that? When we eventually made our way to MTN SP we received such poor service from on Amanda Dubase who's demeanor and attitude was horrendous. She even said "customers normally wrong" I rest my case.
