I applied for my upgrade and submitted an insurance claim at the Nicolway Branch two weeks ago (12/01/2013) and have since then been shoved from pillar to post as to when I can get my new simcards and hansdets. Dealings with multiple reps from both the branch and head office have yielded no results and lots of conflicting info. Was promised that delivery would be arranged to my premises for yesterday (23/01/2013) - needless to say no phones have arrived. At My most recent follow up today I was told that there is no stock of the requested phones and no visibility of when stock is expected. I assume that Autopage will be happy to charge me for a full month even though I have not been able to make a single call for the entire month due to your shocking customer service!
