Cell C

I went to the Cell C store to blacklist my phone on Sunday 25/08/2013. they told me i'll recieve the ITC number withing 24 hours. The following day i did a follow up and was told it will take 48 hours. It's now a week, and they still haven't sent me an ITC number. When I enquire, they say the call centre is supposed to send the number. When I call the call centre, i'm told to go to the store. A whole week to get an ITC number Cell C???
