PoorReception on Mpumalang farms close to big town

There are no reception and signal on our farm and surrounding farms. We are surrounded by towns such as Kriel, Secunda, Leandra, Ogies and Witbank and we are not that far from Johannesburg but our signals are so bad.
We have x2 vodacom towers close by but it is impossible to speak to someone over the phone because we don't have any sevice.
