RIP-OFF, Charge for re-issue of statement email

Customer Service/Rip-off? I deleted the email containing my Aug statement. When I requested customer service to resend the email to me, they want to charge R21.50 to send the mail. Is this customer service or a major rip-off. They had already sent me 3 emails to establish that they wanted to charge me for the re-issue of the statement???!!!
