Explain Interest!

I received my lastest statement on the 12 April 2013. I noticed an interest charge called "Deferred Interest Charge" for R30.10. as well as the monthly interest of R9.04 (which I could calculate). I do not know what this "Deferred Interest" is. I wrote to the email [Email Removed] printed on the statement querying this charge. First email 12/04/13 then again 16/04/2013. Absolutely no reply!
If you cannot answer me then I expect it to be reversed immediately. Stop avoiding the issues and attend to your customer!
