NOT Working AGAIN - 3rd time in 2 months

I was on Hellopeter just 2 weeks ago complaining about the bad service from Telkom. Our landline and wifi was down for 7 days before a technician was able to come out and sort out. 7 days after that and the line is down AGAIN. Why can they not sort out this problem once and for all.
