This is my third complaint, same situation, my phone first of all being black listed with nobody not knowing whats happening, i am not even going to explain, if anyone is interested check my previous complaints. I feel like a fool, degraded and humiliated as everyone i have spoken to could not give me a straight answer and then telling me its this or that department i need to speak to. If there is anyone who takes these complaints seriously then please give me my phone back or if you want to keep it then just say so then at least i will know, just don't call me and say you are following it up. I think of myself as a decent person and would like to be treated like that.
