Samsung S4 Camera Faulty

THIS IS MY THIRD COMPLAINT!!! The abovementioned cell phone has been send for repairs 7 weeks ago and Cell C is not bothered to contact me to advise what is going on with my phone. I have handed it in the first time on 15 July '13 and since then the phone was send back and forth and each time it comes back the camera is still not working. the minutes you change it the front camera is says "Camera Faulty". Cell C refuse to give me a new phone. I have upgraded in July '13 WHY AM I BEING IGNORED!!! I have been paying for a phone I don't use. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABEL. WHEN WILL CELL C CONTACT ME.
