I hate complaining because I too am in the service industry and know that clients ride on the "CPA" card all the time. But guys I have tried numerous times to get help with regard to my problem. The service I have received from Nashua Mobile for years has been nothing less than great! Although the following is my storey:
Upgrade time June 2013 Upgraded my ex Vodacom contract to Cell C because they had a nice offering on contract. I asked the Upgrades Consultant if Cell C has good signal in Midrand before I decided to go ahead. Since then I have had no less than 200 voice mails, virtually no access to mails cause of something that is wrong with Cell C's data/signal. I have clients and Management that need to call me. They themselves are getting very agitated with my excuses about the signal. I have communicated with Nashua Mobile and staff there have admitted to knowing of the problem. All docs needed sent. I need to call every time. I am customer with a real problem here. Why can't someone just change my Cell C back to Vodacom PLEASE. I am losing business. The only reason why I needed to follow this route is because I am not been taken seriously! I hope to get sorted soon!
