Confirmation takes forever on online purchase

I have ordered tablet on monday 19th August, i was told i will get confirmation same day, but even today i havent got any calls. i called on friday the 23rd to ask about the order, i was told that they called on 20 but they didnt get any answer, and they promised i will get a call before monday the 26th, today is the 28th i still dont have any confirmation call or any respond from my order.
