8ta / Telkom Mobile
8ta does not return repaired device

I handed in a faulty modem at the 8ta mobile shop in Woodlands more than 2 months ago.
No one is able to tell me where my modem is and whenI will get it back.
The store manager is not interested to help, technical staff is trying to help me but even they are.

Dont ever sign up with telkom mobile, they truly live up too their poor service reputation!
