I updated my debit order details with you in May 2011 and you never debited my account not even once and so I have been making internet transfer payments ever since. I paid my account on Sat the 24 th August as per normal and today you decide to finally debit my account. I need my money deposited back into my account ASAP and also reimburse the debit order fee. Thank you
