Earlier this year I wrote a detailed report regarding my absolute disgust at the way my Nashua Mobile account was handled. Shortly afterwards I missed a call from a NM representative. My choice was to either call back or wait for another call, I chose to wait as I was not going to make another costly call to NM. Since March this year I have heard nothing. I have already paid in excess of R12000 for mobile bills over three months and to make matters worse I was up for a contract renewal but declined and asked to be notified before the contracted would be terminated. Which was expressly stated as the end of April 2013. Not suprising but nonetheless my contract was terminated without any warning or notification on10 April 2013. After a lengthy discussion with a call centre agent he said that it was an error and he was unable to assist any further and I should immediately take it as a pay as you go. Needless to say there was a string of issues associated with this going forward.i would appreciate it if we could just cut out the politics and sort out the fact that I deserve an explanation for the exorbitant amount of money literally out of my account.actually
