Abolute PATHETIC service from Store Manage

Long story short:

1. Phone refuses to come on
2. Took into Sandton City. Nevea, the manager, "tried" to "assist" me (and my nerves!!!). Here goes:
- she wants a piece of paper that was handed to me in June 2012 when I got the phone. Oh really? Paper? In 2013?
- I asked her what happens if my house burnt down and she demands that piece of paper? Her PATHETIC response? "We KNOW your house did not burn down! " It was an analogy with a PATHETIC reponse!
- I had to BEG her to check the system. Guess what? Your back office doesnt update the IMEI number on your system when sending out phones, even though your system caters for it. So guess what? Your back office inefficiencies (something that would take 15 seconds) has become the customers problem
- I had a slight crack where the charger goes. It happened 6 months ago or so. She says that they might not repair the phone because of this. Guess what? I'm fine with that but please prove to me that there is a 6 month delay between that crack and the phone not coming on

Absolute train wreck of an employee, let alone manager. She is one of the many reasons that woman remain backward in the workplace even though we aim to uplift woman!
