I've had my 3G contract with MTN for 2 years now at the cost of R149 per month. I NEVER paid more than the R149 per month. All of a sudden since my contract expired I'm getting billing of over a R1 000. How is this at all possible? Is it because I didn't renew my contract or how does it work? I really think this is unacceptable!!! I would like to cancel my account with immediate effect!
