Cell c not wating to assist me as i suspect

I travel often and have roaming on my account. My bill has not been more than three thousand rand at the most. I traveled to Brazil for one day and my bill was sitting at 6000 rands, two days back and now out at 8000 rand
I called cell c to ask for a breakdown and see what these huge amounts are for. Two days later I'm still waiting and my phone bill is riding and rising. Why don't you assist me when I'm trying to be proactive here!!!
