I opened a new contract on Saturday the 24st at the Carnival Mall branch. They told me that if i buy my own sim they will activate it for me. Its sunday today and i still cannot use my tablet!!! I need a micro sim. They didnt evemtell me that a normal simm wont work. I phoned the branch and they told me they will activate the pre paid sim to a contract within 2 hours - that was at 09:00 this morning and its still not activates.
Please can someone activate my sim in order for me to use my tablet!!!
