Battle to do Sim swap

My wife lost her phone on sunday and monday morning i called Nashua and spoke to Ayanda who reffered me their sister company IMCS.Called and spoke to Thatoo who promised to do follow ups and let us know of what and when the sim swap will be activated.

The service we got from imcs was teribble and worse to me, and what we need to do is cancell the contract and carry on with our lives.
