Third time un-lucky with Blackberry service

Eastgate 22 Aug-gave staff my phone and stick to do a back-up, waited for 30-min, 3 staff members huddled around one laptop, No result. Returned on Friday afternoon, they left before closing time. No result.
Sandton City 24 Aug-Waited for 5 min whilst staff chated and walked passed me. One assistant then asked how he could help, i tould him i needed my phone backed up, he then said they were already closed. This was before closing time and three staff members were attending to one client. No result.
