Poor serivce, wrong information & lack of patiance

On the 24th Aug'13 I called one of cell-c's customer service call center, the call was pick up by a guy called Brain. My qusetion was reardin the new fair usae data for blackberry and how it works because just b4 the comercement o it I called nd spoke to a lady who gv me rng ino on how it works and that the data that I will b given on the 19th was going to elapse on the 19 of sep regardless of when I had initially acticvated my normal BIS, atter reciving a message notifying of of the opposit I called and spoke to brian who was cluseless of what he was saying and veryrude and unprofessional, he got irritated when I asked him for clerity on certain things and insissited on transfering me to the data departmet? for what!? I do not know.! Ibeen a consultant myself before and one thing I always avoided was call backs and bad service complains. If you don't know something ask your team leader or help desck! Such cosultants like brain really chase customers away foretting that that call actually put bread on his table. I'm still puzzeld as to what is gona heppen should my fair usage data finish! If this is da service cell-c puts in our hands than clearly the power is not in our hands
