Bad signal due to not upgrading tower in area

Numerous times I have phoned to report that when one is on a cellular call the call after about 3 minutes gos dead on my side yet other party can hear you.then after around 30 seconds or so you can hear the other party u are communicating with. This has been happening well over six months and nothing has been done about it. I have reported matter on numerous occasions and the call centre has said that they are aware of the matter and that there is a problem at there tower. Nothing to date has happened. I use cellular for business purpose and there has been other parties around my area experiencing the same problem.
It's a bit sickening and at present feel its now time to switch over to another service provider. In my personal capacity I am totally and utterly dissatisfied with vodacom and would not recommend what so ever. Thanks vodacom for looking after your dissatisfied customers. Monopoly plays a big part yet time for it to come to an end for vodacom. I wouldn't recommend them what so ever and please people stay away from there services, totally and utterly disgusted
