Thanks Twanee for excellent service!

Many thanks to Twanee and her team for the excellent service received. Since I renewed my MTN contract during October 2012, I have been struggling with faulty BB 9790's. I am now on my fourth BB 9790 - and my contract is only 10 months old. This time Twanee arranged for a new phone to be issued, and not another refurbished unit. She really went the extra mile to quickly sort out this ongoing and hugely frustrating problem. Just hope this BB unit does not drop calls, malfunction or freeze as the others did!!!
