I called in today and I was helped by Seipati Mabina complaining about the BIS add on charges on my statement since December 2012.My contract expired in December 2012 and i was being charged for the service I Don't have and she told me that I must go to Mainlyn Park in Pretoria even when i told her that I am in Mafikeng. I felt that I was being robbed and and the customer service i receive is very bad, I expect one stop service not to be send from one pillar to post. I cant spent R400.00 from Mafikeng to Pretoria for R59.00. These is unacceptable and i want my account credited and the BIS removed as I am using Nokia 302 as new contract.
