Phone not yet received as yet

Hi

I sent in my phone for repairs about two months ago, about a month ago, they quoted me R1300 to fix it, i declined and asked them to send the phone back,

to date i have still not received my phone, i have to go through lenghts of cancelling my debit order to get them to send it, but still have not received it,

They keep on telling me the repair desk will call me, but still have not called, a lady by the name of Fatima Lelia is supposed to have called me last week already, but still has not.

The operator cannot say anything, when i tell them this is not acceptable.
