E-mail after e-mail, phone call after phone call, Telkom store visits. I am yet to receive any feedback whatsoever.

I, and quite a number of other people, have inquired about when actual physical lines will be installed at our complex and then I either get ignored completely or I just get told that it will be looked into and then nothing. Our complex is the only block of houses that do not have lines. All of the houses around our complex all have lines, so why can't we have?

I've grown sick and tired of trying to find answers from someone who knows what they're doing, but I've had little to no luck whatsoever up till now. You're leaving a lot of people in the dark here which is quite honestly pathetic on your call.

I would really like some answers or better yet, have this issue solved as soon as possible!
