Calling me on my work numbe

Recieved a call on my cellphone from Jaba Connect, rejected it only to be called minutes later on my office line. The lady by Natasha claimed that she is calling from Cell C, only to find out she's calling for Jabba Connect to try and sell a cellphone deal to me. Firstly where did they get my contact details from & who authorise them to call me on my office number. Should a need arise for me to get a cellphone contract, I know who to contact.
