PHONE STILL IN FOR REPAIR 90DAYS LATER

I had my phone booked in on 08/06/2013 to have the screen replaced. As usual it is said that it takes 6 weeks to receive any feedback.
It is now 21/08/2013 and still no word of the repair. I have insurance and was contacted 3 weeks ago by Fatima from the customer care and she advised that she will advise in a few days if the phone can be repaired under Insurance. I am still waiting for that call 3 weeks later.

Tried calling Fatima and she doesn't take my call and tells her colleague that she does not want to assist me. I have no idea why. Then her colleague says that they cannot pick up the job card to locate the status of the phone... how difficult could that be? Is it lost?

Fatima I hope you think about how you treat people in the job you are employed to do.

I am now asked to call the branch for a job card number and then call the customer care back with that number.

Its amazing the people we have amongst us these days... utter bish!
