My vehicle was recently involved in bumper bashing and my insurance company advised me that East Rand Motorlab was the preferred repairer in my area, after proceeding with the claim I was advised that they would contact me, this took over week when I received a phone call from a Verona to advise me that they could book my car in on the 5th March to repair the hail damage, after clarifying that it was accident damage and not hail damage I was advised that to repair the back bumper would take 3 weeks and I needed to confirm the booking. I confirmed this booking by email on the Monday and then received a message to call Verona, upon calling her she rather rudely wants to know if I have confirmed a booking with Fatima, I had to tell her three times that I had no idea who Fatima was and I was calling her to confirm the booking and my email, I am then informed that they are fully booked and they can only repair my vehicle in July, I wonder what happened between Friday lunch time and Monday morning. Based on their inability to communicate properly I really doubt that they would be able to repair a vehicle properly.
