No Response from Virgin Employees Again!!!

Virgin Mobile couldn't care less about their customers. If they did they would respond to queries and complaints. The majority of the staff I have dealt with don't bother to return calls. I have phoned Shaldon Joseph (Manager Customer Care), Ilhaam Williams his assistant, Jayson Hair (manager call centre) No return calls. This all from a disastrous up grade done by Virgin Mobile. My whole family was without any connection for nearly 48 hours at the beginning of May. No apologies for the inconvenience. I discovered a couple of weeks ago that short number smss are not working on VIRGIN. No notification from Virgin (as usual) I have been struggling to send smss to my medical aid for authorising for doctors. They never went through. This has happened since the beginning of May. My medical aid suggested I try my service provider. That is where the problems lay. Shaldon Joseph promised through his assistant to top up on another service provider's sim card for me to get authorization for doctors. That was 3 weeks ago. No response or returned calls. It is obvious they couldn't care about their customers, or there would have been the common decency of a return call. TOO MUCH TO EXPECT!!!
