Signed a contract a month ago - on 22nd July. Immediately had trouble with weak or no signal at my house in Bellville. I complained several times and every time their technicians had a different explanation. After about 10 days they agreed to send the phone for evaluation before they could replace it with a new one. On my insistence they gave me a loan handset. This showed the same defect. Last Wednesday technicians agreed that there might be a signal problem. They would send someone to my house to test. Today, a week later, I was informed that someone will come to my house next week. So, after a month I still not have a service - I have lost urgent and valuable calls - people just give up when they cannot reach me. My wife's car had a flat tyre and she could not contact me for assistance etc. etc.

I have now insisted that they cancel my contract. The bank was requested to cancel my debit order.
