Unbelievably Poor Service!!

I cannot believe that service can be this bad! I reported a complaint about 2 weeks ago. After waiting a week with no response, my request for line repair was logged as complete, but the fault on my line was still there. I called the service centre, listened to 4 minutes of drivel as I clocked the charges up on my cellphone, got cut off, then had to go through the nonsense again. Got hold of an Operator and she escalated the complaint to urgent since my business relied on the ADSL connection. Another week gone and several frustrating calls later, the request is again closed off!! I am at wits end. No business in the real world could survive this level of incompetence.

Now I am told I have to log a fault again!!!
