How can they take money with no proof of purchase

They can not supply me with proof of purchase even if I'm still on contract period so for what do they take money
every month for if they don't have proof that I have the laptop and have already spoken to three different consultants and they have no answers for me just to put the phone down in my ear so is that good service how can they give me a laptop with no record on their side
