UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES FROM VODACOM
I AM BEING OVER BILLED ON MY DATA STICK FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS
I RECEIVED A BILL FOR R3011.03 ON THE 31/07/2013
I RECEIVED A BILL FOR R729 ON THE 06/08/2013
AND I DID NOT EVEN USE THE STICK THAT MUCH
ACCORDING TO ME I SHOULD HAVE A R50.00 LIMIT AS I AN ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE WHEN I OPENED THE CONTRACT
I PHONED TWICE FOR ASSISTANCE ABOUT THIS MATTER AND STILL HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWERS OR PROVE ABOUT THE DATA USAGE.
I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICES AND UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP
NEVER IN ALL MY TIME THAT I HAVE A DATA STICK DID I USE THAT MUCH DATA
