On 17 July 2013 I wrote: "Since October 2012 when the contract on this cellphone was take I am having endless problems with the BBM function on my Blackberry. I have been to various Vodacom outlets including Cresta and Westgate but with not success. It is now 9 (nine) month later and I still cannot use the BBM functions on my phone properly. Also when I do What sup the airtime is running out very quickly.
Please can you do something as I need my phone to work properly at all times so I can contact my family when I need to.
Up to now, 20 August 2013, I still have not received an answer from Vodacom but I have to pay for a service I cannot use.

Will they give me credit for the time I did not have the FULL use of my phone??
