I recently visited Cellc Cresta branch for the 5th time for the same problem. On previous 4 occasions i was told that my internet modem cannot be fixed at the shop. I was told that i have to call customer care. After calling customer care i was told i need to go to a Cellc store. On my last visit to the store i found a lady who simply was not willing to talk to me. She bluntly told me that they where offline, i walked out of the store and phoned the store and the gentlemen who answered told me that they had been online the whole day. This is really is unacceptable. I am at a stage where i feel like throwing my stick away because its useless to keep something that is not working.
