After I had put up a comment of dissatisfaction, with the bad service received from Vodacom. A kind gentleman by the name of Curwen, was able to finally get the sim card to me... But now I've been waiting for 2weeks, to get the sim card activated.

I spoke to a gentleman (forgot his name) on Friday, who said the sim card would be manually activated by Monday. Today I call into Vodacom, and a Xolisa from customer care, tells me there's no recollection of my details, putting it simply; I did not exist. His service was the worst, didn't know what questions to ask, or what to do. He then sent me to the accounts department, where I spoke to a Brenda and a Lerato, who said they've sent a request. What annoys me about all of this, is that the money has been deducted from my account, but I am not seeing the results. Maybe Hello Peter, is the way to go when one needs some kind of assistance from Vodacom. Talk about making a bad Monday, worse
