Not getting assistant at Vodacom

I hereby complaing about the service I have received from Vodacom it seems that there are passig a buck. I have been receiving private calls and that person is a man he is threatening me. I am requesting Hellopetter to assist me at vodacom to identify this man. he calls on the 26 July at 4H36 am, on the 01 August at 3H00 am and again on the 17 August am. I feel that Vodacom is passing the buck send me to police and I reported the incedent the case number is CAS 9/8/2013 at Protea Glen Policestation in Soweto. since then the police office who is charge of my case has done anything. I am alway scared right walking on the street, because I dont know when he will strike. Hello peter your assistance will appreciated to ge to know who is that man calling me
