ADSL Not Working for 31 days and counting

My Internet line to my house which is a branch of my business is off since 18 July 2013!!!
Since the issue was reported on the 18th July, (the service then went from a 10Mb Fastest ADSL to 0.45Mb extremely slow connection for a few weeks before it was reported on the 18th July.
Telkom replied after 18 follow up telephone calls to 10217 that the service was "reinstated" on the 31 July, where in fact it was complete disconnected on which I had to reinstate a new Fault report.

Since then another 15 calls later to 10217, The technician has the repair in-hand???

What does this mean?? No response from Telkom, no explanation. How must a company rely on their Internet service/ADSL???

It is ridiculous.

Still no plan of fixing this connection communicated to me!!!
