GET IT is a total rip off!

After one too many dissapointments from Cell C's Get it, I had the services cancalled last year December. After discovering that they still deducting the R39 p/m I called on numerous occasions to establish why they still deducting and everytime get told that its definately cancelled and that someone will contact me to verify and they would transfer the money back into my account. It is now many months later and up to date they are still deducting and whenever I ph they give me the exact same explanation but no action afterwards. GET IT is a total, they make you believe that they provide a good service but all they want is for you to sign up so that they can make money with empty promises on their part. They can never really assist you with anything, you end up assisting yourself and pay them R39 a month for nothing. I demand a refund and will be taking drastic measures to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else.
