Good morning

my name is Tshidi khumalo ive been trying to contact 8ta about my account billing
they`ve been debiting my account more than i should pay, i spoke to a consultant, about this matter
she gave me the case number of 6419053 and they even send me and sms notification to arrane my refund on the 4th august 2013 but still ive never get my refund, when i phone them they tell me to live my contant number they will get back to me which they never did, i want my money back to my account
