Accessories?!

This is for a company account, 4 numbers and we got our upgrades the beginning of the month (August). Now last time, and normally, we received our upgrades with a few extra accessories, ie. phone cover, screen protector and USB car charger. Very nice. This time round I go to pick up from Nashua head office and nothing, just the phones. When we enquired why there where no extra's we were told that because we UPGRADED the talk time and data packages there was no room to add extra's like the above. SERIOUSLY?! So we are paying you more money than before and that means less benefits?

Might as well have gone straight through Vodacom. Very disappointing service for long time clients.
